Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is based on maximizing the potential of getting the most out of the simple changes in our lives. Then creating a realistic plan and then finding ways to stick to that plan. The MICK acronym summarizes the core tenants of our health and fitness philosophy. These are as follows:

Mindfulness – Stay present in the moment. Be aware, sense and feel what you are doing as you train, eat and relax.
Intention – Having a goal, purpose, or aim is your intention. Create a realistic plan and know what you are working toward.
Consistency – Develop discipline to maintain consistency. Set up a simple and realistic plan that you can stick too.
Keep Moving – Move more. Stay active as much as possible, not just in your exercise sessions but throughout the day as well.
